Fix session
The audit tells you what is wrong. This is the hour where it stops being wrong.
We get on a call and work through your report together. You share your screen and hold the keyboard; I tell you exactly what to change, watch you change it, and verify each one as it goes live. By the end your mail authenticates, or we are still working.
Why you drive
I do not take your passwords. Handing DNS and mail administration to a stranger is a bad habit for you and a liability for me, and it is not necessary: everything that needs doing is a record you can edit yourself in a few minutes once you know which one and why. You end the session knowing your own setup, which is worth more than a fix you cannot maintain.
What is included
- Everything in your audit report, one domain, applied and verified.
- Normally 90 minutes. If it needs a second session, that is included — the price is for the outcome, not the clock.
- Verification afterwards: I re-run the checks once the DNS has propagated and confirm in writing what now passes.
What is not
- Migrating you to a different mail provider or ESP.
- Building or rebuilding a mail server.
- Changes inside your application's code.
- Ongoing monitoring. That is a different thing, and it does not exist yet.
Before you book
You need an audit first. The price is fixed because the work is bounded by a report I have already written — without one, neither of us knows what we are agreeing to. You also need administrative access to your DNS and your mail platform during the session, because you are the one making the changes.
One domain, the findings in your report, until they pass. After paying, reply to your report email with times that suit you.

Haven't had the audit yet?
Start there. Most people find the report is enough on its own: it gives you the record values ready to paste, and plenty of readers never need this page. Get the audit.
