What is sold here
One service: a fixed-price email deliverability and mail security audit of a single domain, at €179. The report is written by hand and sent by email within 48 hours of a completed intake. There is no subscription, no account and nothing recurring.
Cancellation
The audit is prepared for your domain specifically, and work starts when the intake form is submitted. If you have paid but not yet submitted the intake, write to audit@strictmx.com and the payment is refunded in full. After the report is delivered, the guarantee on the sales page applies.
Disputes
Write to me first — most things are settled that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
